Personality Profiling

MBTI: Adrian West is a qualified MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner who can administer the Personality Assessment (Step 1) for individuals and teams to support their innovation capacity. Elements of this personality method inform our “People” workshops as one aspect of appreciating ways in which people are different.

Another method looks at how people are similar, and we cover constructive ways to work with both of these aspects.

Business Modelling

Business Model Canvas: A useful reinvention tool we employ for business and for personal careers: Sophie Brown is one of the co-creators of Business Model You. (ranked #1 in business start up books by The Independent) and “Business Models for Teams”.
