Services

We create programmes to suit needs based on our model of mind: “Learning Events” are primarily teaching and training events on tools and topics in this field; “Facilitations” are bespoke thinking structures to address specific real-world client problems. As Mind is universal across subjects and people, we can take care of the thinking structures to support your purpose, allowing you to apply your topic expertise or focus to the task at hand.

Services for Business and Other Sectors

Based on our model of Mind, and backed by a successful track record across a wide range of sectors, we offer a rich variety of training sessions, events and facilitations, specifically tailored to your learning and thinking needs, which can also be provided in different engagement formats.

Services for Academia

We have extensive experience in this field and offer a series of five tried and tested learning events for your researcher development programme.

We also design and deliver learning events and facilitations to meet the needs of Academic Staff and offer the “Sandpit” format as a specialism for researchers and groups to come up with ideas and proposals.

Sample Learning Event

A sample analysis of needs for a bespoke learning event is illustrated below. The brief was to help a team work together effectively to support a larger, intensive time-critical goal. Following consultation with the client, these five areas of opportunity were identified to build on established capacities and deliver greatest benefit, which then formed the basis of our learning programme.
