We help people make step-changes in their thinking effectiveness, rise to challenges, perform together and create new opportunities. People naturally enjoy proactively organising and building their futures together. We help them do that, by designing and managing the thinking using systematic approaches to creative, effective, and skilled collaboration based on our model of mind.

Company of Mind has fostered hundreds of teams in Business, Academia and Other Sectors. We seek to help people broaden their perception, gain new insights, learn new skills, find new solutions to their problems, and reach their goals.

We do this by applying our understanding of Mind to client needs, and different thinking situations, making use of a tested portfolio of inter-related tools, thinking frameworks and techniques based on our expertise in perceptual psychology and the mechanisms of achieving real change. We advocate at least some “hands-on” thinking as the most effective method to collaborate and share perception, and make use of a range of materials and displays to faciltate that, whether the event is in person, or online. Events typically combine presentation and delegate activity in varying degrees, depending on time, focus and context.
We work across a range of Services and types of Engagement. To find out more, Contact us.
Why it Matters

The world is led by mind: success depends more on finding ways to understand the situation, think more effectively, shift our perception and learn skills and methods, than it does on just telling ourselves what to do, using new technology, allocating more resources, or following trends, to name a few. We can help you do that.
“ThE world is led by mind, By mind it is dragged here and there. Mind is the one thing that has All under its control.”

- How can you improve the quality of your thinking and its results?
- What problems keep you awake?
- How are you going to find ways to solve them?
- How will you inspire people to rise to the task and relish working together on the challenges facing you all?
- How can you create the future amidst change, whilst managing the present?
- What if small changes could make a huge difference in your organisation or company’s performance? How could you identify what those might be?
- If you could all be 5% more effective and engaged tomorrow, what would that mean to you?
